Well, what a nice place to stumble into! I haven't throroughly looked around yet, but from what I see so far, I definitely like. Can't wait to do some more digging around (but alas, I should be working right now).

If any of you folks are also "into" writing music, as I am, especially of the electronic nature, I'd like to know. Talking to folks out there, it seems the two arts often go hand in hand, and someone with interests in one usually dabbles in the other...anyone?

Whats going on Luci077, welcome to the forum. Im not all that into music but my teacher is writting a book on the drums. Hes only got a little bit of it done so far. I was looking at it today, looks good.

i'm not into writing music.... But into recording it Thats what I'm learnig for (djeez alot of buttons on that new mixing desk <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/wink.gif"> . I ám also a sound engineer with a little PA-Rental company.
Alwas interested in good Music. If you are going to set music on the web use the beat-nik plugin. This is not big and relativly fast. "Listen while you surf"

Glad to see there's a lot of music lovers here <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/smile.gif"> I'm what you'd call a bedroom producer...though as of yet I haven't actually "produced" any one song or such thing. Just starting out really. Rinswind, I'm kinda learning how to record too, but not a formal education, and I'm workin off a 16 channel "project" mixer <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/biggrin.gif"> Hope to have something on mp3.com soon. I guess most would consider my efforts on the "techno-y" side. I'm an avid drum n bass girl, but before the leaning toward electronic stuff, I was more into bands like Radiohead...Pink Floyd, Portishead, Tool as well...then there's good ol' Slayer, Sepultura, Clutch to name just a scant few. all different kinds of music, there's so much good stuff out there to listen to! I apologize if I've been going on and on, but music and Photoshop are my two absolute loves. Anyway, who can possibly work in Photoshop and not have some tunes playing? <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/confused.gif">
