I'd tell you guys how it's called but I can only describe it!
When you post and there's a personalised signature like F1 Error all done in colors and flames or The Jackal or Twinspapa or Doc Ozone, etc... You catch my drift?
What do you do it with and how it's done?
Is it major league work or can a beginner do it without too much complication?

OK, signature art! It really is not that difficult. Simply create your cool signature graphic using your favourite graphics package (photoshop I hope) and upload it to some web space you have (if struggling some of the guys here offered to host signatures are at their webspace). Then go to edit your profile (somewhere at the top right of these pages) and put in a link to your graphic file wherever it is hosted.
eg, " (IMG)http://www.webspace.com/signature_art/sig.gif(/IMG) "
Instructions for this appear in the FAQ section I think.
Hope this helps

Trixter is reffering to the spot in your profile where you create your signature. Jackal is referring to how to put it on a post. Just to be accurate the tag is

[ not (

Wow...hey thanks very much!

Photoshop and Rhino-3d for these, the grid-lines
are Adobe Illustrator files exported from Rhino.

Rhino is primarily a 3d modeler, makes meshes
like Lightwave or 3d Studio.

Aside from that, it will let you export your lines/splines
as AI files and, if you export them from
the perpesctive window you get...the perspective..heeh.

So I draw the splines like I was modeling normally,
(which is like using pen and paper with cool tools)
and then export them as I want them to appear
as layers (in photoshop).

It means getting a bit tricky when exporting,
thinking ahead of yourself a bit cuz the AI's
come out as single layer files, so to get the planet
inside the grid, the grid needs to be cut in four
(4 seperate files).

Good fun.

thanks again <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/smile.gif">

Interesting piece of news that I just came across...on AOL there is a 3D Studio Max site call O-Zone Productions! It's at http://members.aol.com/ozoneprod/ ...is this a violation?

Great Sig BTW Weadah
