*There's some jaggies that you might want to clean up. Actually, you should definitely clean them up.
*On the lower left, where the line has strange breaks in it, make the breaks more predictable, like getting larger and larger, or use a mask to fade the line out.

It's really pretty cool other than that. I might change the waviness near the finger to some rings or rays, or at least make it a bit smaller...just something to experiment with.

Yah, I was thinking a ripple filter where the finger 'touches', and also noticed the jagginess on the edges of the hand, what did you use for rendering the 3D? You need something that'll anti-alias after the render, that'll fix that. Nice piece, though, I liked it. We were supposed to critique this, right? Nexdt time a message, something like "hello, how are you?" might be in order.

That looks like a MAX mesh. I like it, It reminds me of the roof of the Sistine (I think that's how it's spelt) chapel.

It might be cliche, but when I saw the waviness at the tip of the finger, my brain wanted to see pixellation instead. Like a scattered mosaic.
