We broke the case of the rear turning light on the piece of shit honda.. and smashed the fuck out of the front of Mark's Grand Am..

Doesn't make sense to me either... we messed up the transmition, and had a hell of a time getting home, while they just took off like nothing happened. Yet they're threatning to press charges for injuries.

This is why women shouldn't drive. Gets out of her fucking car... says she has whiplash, and is gonna sue, 10 seconds later she goes and does her make-up in the window...

We really have nothing to worry about though, in the police report, the cop wrote "No Injuries".. and I got a lugh out of him when making fun of the girl for doing her make-up..

There really were no injuries I guess.. so, I figure... 1 month off school?
..nah.. I'll be back there tomarrow =[

Completely their fault too... fucking stop in the middle of the highway.. you should expect to get killed.. not have to buy a new $5 case for you turning light...

last car accident i was in was with a guy driving! it was in a parking lot and he drifted right into me, head on. i stop my car and get out and he looks like hes on meds or something, mumbling something about how i pulled right out in front of him. umm.. it was a 2 way stop. he said that he was gonna go get help. i think to myself, this jerkoff isnt coming back and wrote down his license plate number.

turns out the owner of the car has a suspended license and has numerous drunk driving counts on his record. i go to court this thursday as a witness.

Hey if it makes you feel any better I got my truck totalled a couple of weeks ago. lucked out and he admitted it was his fault so insurance picked up the whole thing. Gotta say though I learned a good lesson through the whole thing about how the insurance game works.

Well...Dan, tell me, did she run up YOUR ass? Cause if she did, nuts to the fact she has whiplash. If she ran up your ass, no matter how fast you brake, it's still her fault. Anyway, if she managed to hit you because you braked, then she must have been tailgating you, which is illegal as well.

We hit the bitch(es). They stop on the fucking highway, speed limit of 80.. what do they expect?

Mark is probably gonna have to pay for their damages too (he doesn't want to use insurance, because it's cheaper to give em the $50 that their car is worth, then to let insurance premiums go up..).
