ok, can someone fix this to where it aligns in the box (the obvious part with the up and down arrows) on all resolutions?? please!?!

That's much more easily said than done. I think you should try to find another solution. I would suggest left aligning the entire page, rather than centering it. Also make sure you set the margins to zero if you do this.

i put it in frames, and now it works, but now the layers are being stupid, for some reason, i cant fill out the form on the contact page...

Before we go into that, watch out - your middle page has some scrollbars of it's own.

In the frameset page, first set the width and height of the center frame a little bigger. Then, say scrolling="no" inside the frame.

I really don't understand what you want fixing! Can people please explain what they want rather than assume everybody else can read their minds!
