I do not have a server to work on, but i would like to do a data bese on the net, guys if anybody knows how to, I am open to segerences......

Yo, I am here. You can create a database, but you really need direct access to a server to create it on. If you'r erunning windows, you can actually run a database on your own machine, test it and get it operational before you go searching for hosting. Doing database development on a live server is tough, you have to restart the machine a lot, and nobody is going to allow that on their live server, you need your own machine, usually. Seems to me that Dreamhost has MySQL set up by default, don't they? Check it out, there are places to do your work. You didn't post much ionfo, so more help is hard to give. Good luck to you!
