Preserved Topic: My first splash Screen! (Page 1 of 1)

It sounds like a new toy for little kids, but it's not. It's the first "big" image i have made.

The splash screen is nothing special, it just has a few pictures of Lucy Lui *yum*. I used PSP to make the image and ulead smart saver pro to optimize and slice it.

EDIT.hmmmm still not doing much...I am using NN and it tries to load a page.css file and then just gets stuck in a loop?.. pretty weird

might just be NN ya think?. I will try with IE later from home..

Yah, definitely Netscape behaviour there. If you point to even *one* css file that ain't there, that's where you go. And it's blank. Bummer.

The Lucy Lui image is nice, but it's hard to make any judgements on it in terms of function, I assume it's going to have some, otherwise why slice it? Let's see more when you get further along. (Maybe in "Site Reviews" too wouldn't be a bad idea, heh.)

thanks for the replies, right now that's about as far as i am going to go. I'm starting to write some tuts. I'll get ideas as i go along as how to add function to it.

but hey.. if every graphic I produced was a winner I sure wouldnt still be sitting here! lol.. keep at it.....
