does anyone know if there is software that can be used with a video capture card and a standard VHS video camera to do "webcam streaming"? |

Almost all webcam programs should work fine, because they use standard Video for Windows drivers, which you probably already have (they should come with you video capture card). |

Yep, we run the Sony off of webcam32, just like any of the other cameras, works fine. I'm still not sure I like our video capture card, the PCTV card from miro. (The quality makes for grainy video, yuck!) |
