Preserved Topic: chm-file: can i start it, with a certain page open? (Page 1 of 1)

ok, i have a nice little program there made in delphi4. and i have a nice little help file there amde as a *.chm.
now my question; is it possible to start that chm-file with a certain topic? by default it starts with the first document.
if yes, what is the delphi command, to do this?
