i got a new picture,but it is too blured,perhaps it is too old.i want to make it more clear...
i only can use the filter >shapen to make it clearer,can somebody tell me some tips to make it clearer?

You might want to try *unsharp* I know it sounds strange... but it works for me on a lot of things.

Someone here can probably explain... I sure can't.

unsharp is the way to go to make photographs crisper, particularly if youve resized it to make it smaller.
