Well, actually, it's not latin. It's a standard bogus latin-like set of texts used traditionally in the printing industry to test layouts with a language like pseudo-content to check text flow on a page/magazine/poster. Works perfectly to use in a layout during design phases to show clients how the page will look with content while you are waiting for the real stuff.

Yeah - it's the default text on MS Publisher too.
Atleast the version I used five six odd years ago..
