I'm a big fan of tool as well. Nothing like listening to Lateralus straight through to relax or just to get away from the crunching metal riffs that I usually listen to. I also like Maynard's other project, A Perfect Circle. He's really a musical genius--so unique from everything else that's out there. Great stuff IMO.

On the other hand, I can't say the site does anything special for me. It's ok I guess.

Manyard and Adam own all musicians out there... yes lateralus all the way through is good but so is listening to the patient or sober

plus i like most of there earlier work

Schism, Lateralus, and Sober.

Since the albums are more of an experience, if you like those, I would recommend downloading an entire album and listening to it straight through.

I love it that the guitarist doesn't play some lightning fast solo on every track. Hell, I don't think that he ever plays a solo

Actually I really like "Third Eye" off the same CD, but my favorite song to date is thier new one called "Schism" which just so happens to be nominated for a Grammy, under the category of Best Metal Performance.

I dunno, thee lyrics are cool, but I don't like how that sound sounded, it's probaly just me

schism is good but because of that song people think that it is there first.... personally i think it is one of their best written/performed songs ever but I don't really have a favorite song by tool.... i like a lot of them though
