I was just wondering how the post hierarchy works. When I first began posting here I was "neurotic." I think I became a "maniac" at around fifty posts, and then somewhere along the way I became a "lunatic." I've also noticed people with over a thousand posts who are lunatics as well. "Psychotic" and "Mad Scientist" are appointed (or elected?) positions, from what I've gathered, and are not directly linked to the number of posts. So is lunatic the highest in terms of progression? I was just curious...

well, I'm not sure if there's anything beyond the lunatic stage...
but I know that Mad Scientists (=admins for the whole asylum) and psychotics (=admin for a single board) are appointed by the Doc...
