I just went out to the supermarket (5 minutes there, 5 minutes back), and I feel like I just walked through an oven. It's only the 7th of July and already we're breaking the big three-oh! Fortunately, the weather is pretty dry, but it's still hot. I've got to say that summer in Korea (correction, Seoul) is the crappiest season of them all. Not only is it hot, but the heat brings out all those lovely stenches, and when the rainy season starts it's like living in one huge, stinking, sauna!

Well, I guess I might as well begin the mental preparation for yet another Seoul summer.

Oh, and on the off chance that anyone ever visits Korea (or Japan, for that matter), do not come in the summer. Autumn is the best season to visit.

we have a close to perfect weather...

but not close to perfect anything else here...

so if you just want to visit my country, just come any season/month you want!

you might be surprised that you can sometimes sky and/or go to the beach in the same day (only by driving 1 hour from dest to dest).

Well I think it is like that a lot of places right now (except for Germany )

It is going to around 92 here today, which it was yesterday. Walk outside and it hits you in the face. Man! I love it though, although Autumn is my favorite time of the year.

Aaaaaah....

The weather's great here.. temps run from the high 50's to the low 60's (about 13 to 20 C). Summers in Alaska never get too too hot. Mind you, it can get warm in the houses with the sun baking down almost 24/7 in the middle month of summer.
