"%SystemRoot%" represents folder where Windows is installed, usually it's "C:\WINDOWS", so that path translates to "C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll". Now, simply open that dll with icon editor. If you don't have one, take a look at IconShop... |

Xdreamer.ch: Iconman will go through your drives and extract all your icons for you (it then allwos you export them) - I can't find the homepage but you should be able to get it from one of these sources: |
