I'm always interested in comics being translated to the big screen or little screen. I'm the only person I know that has seen the Captian America movie.

Tonight, on Sci-Fi, David Hasselhoff is Nick Fury. In the previews that I've seen, he certainly looks the part. Don't know how well he'll do, what the story is, how good the script is, or anything. Hopefully it won't be too cheesy or over-acted. Should prove interesting. I can't help but wonder if Logon will mentioned or have a cameo or something.

Check your local listings if interested.

David as Nick - I still can't get over it.

WJ - I've seen the Captain America movie, complete with transparent shield. I've even seen the Dr. Strange movie they did. Yeah, David Hasselhoff looks the part... but it's David Hasselhoff! I much preferred 'The Specials', which aired earlier in the day. Cute movie about seventh rate superheroes.

Odd behavior; even temperament...

Oh yeah. I just about died laughing when he was all suited up and riding his motorcycle. Laughed pretty hard at Red Skull as well. Any wonder it went straight to video?

Dr. Strange with that Peter guy. It wasn't quite as good as I expected. Then again, I wasn't much of a Dr. Strange fan. I just never understood the character.

I just took a romp looking for news on the Fantastic Four movie. From what I read at Yahoo!, they aced F4 and Fox is going to do Daredevil instead. I recall hearing about an old, live action F4 movie, but I haven't looked hard enough to confirm. If there is one, I'll definitely want to get my hands on it.

"The Specials"? Kinda too bad I missed it. From your brief description, sounds like "Misfits of Science" (if you remember that show). Doesn't Sci-Fi have a show about mutants called "X-Mutants" or something?

As far as a wish lists goes, I would *love* to see Burton do an Etrigan (DC, the Demon?) movie.

Almost time for Nick Fury. Gotta go.

Yep...Live action F4 film way back. Jay Underwood (The Boy Who Could Fly) as the Human Torch...terrible.

Next year, Eric Bana becomes Bruce Banner...and if you're looking for this...

I didn't get to see much of the Nick Fury movie. The price of being a dad. :sigh: I got to see the first 1/2 hour and the last 1/2 hour. From what I did see, especially in the first 1/2 hour, David just couldn't do a tough guy with out over-acting.

Thanks for the trailer, DG. Was that Electra? Woo! I can't wait to see a few more snippets of the movie. Looks like it might be the "comic to movie" movie I've been waiting for since The Crow. Then again, it could be an over-the-top aimed-at-kids with crappy suspension of disbelief deal. The Dare Devil that I really enjoyed was the one in the old Incredible Hulk movies. Time will tell with the new one.

I haven't been able to find the F4 movie yet. All Amazon has is episodes of the animated. Well, I guess I can wait to see this one. However, I did see that Power Pack has a short one. I heard they aced Power Pack before they started filming.

Little rumour: Batman and Superman before Year One.

Time to be a dad again.

Yep...a "World's Finest" movie is on the slate right now. The script has been written, but the project hasn't been greenlighted yet. Rumours flying, but Year One will finish up before that one goes.
