Hey Guys,
Im after anything relating to architecture whether it be photos of companies namely film and animation places, drawings, plans, photos of models, logs, Corporate ID....just anything relating to it and films and animation in terms of companies or any resources like that.
This is for my grafix folio for my final semester, so it counts! Mind you I got a B for my last folio (prolly due to the reason I didnt know how to do it until it was too late and I ran out of time!) but mind u also I got.....WAIT FOR IT!....a A+ for Studio Art folio!

.....but now I return back to doing more folios

Sorry..I wrote that quickly! What Im after is photos of architecture and models that they build for a proposed building, apartments, etc. And Im after logos and photos of any animation and film places.

My biggest question, after all these repeated "im looking for this" posts from you is.....

Do you ever actually go looking for this stuff? Or do you drop and expect everyone else to do your schoolwork for you?

He does actually go looking for DL...you can rest assured on that first.

Anyhoo, yeah, he does look for them first. That's one of the things that he's picked up around here.

My sister's training for a certification in AutoCAD, but that's sort of off-topic.

Well... ummm as many of those damn things as I've seen (at work) and the few I've helped do (at work)... I'm not really sure where they are posted on the web. First Architects are protective paranoid weasels (even though I don't think I am one) as they are so damn afraid that someone will steal their ideas and build them for less... but they are also arrogant boasting big-heads (I may be one of those) as they want to show their potential clients that they are faaaaaarrrr better than the piece of dung architect down the street (I mean that fart-knocker cant even draw a strait line so why give him your money when I can do a better job)

So..... Some architectural websites don't show much of their... but others show off everything (including the photocopies they made of their butts last week). You may want to just do a search for the big architectural firms (like Architects in Chicago; HOK; HNTB; BNIM; SOM, etc. http://www.architectsusa.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=search&action=lg_usmap ) and serf their websites and see what they have.

I will look through my links and see if I can find a good site for you.... but you may need to do hours of surfing.

Dl-44: Yeah I do actually....like all the bloody time. THis is one of the first places I come to cos it is such a hive of information And yeah Skaarjj is right.....I did 3 consecutive days of walking around Melbourne collecting research from various animation and film places while also taking photos of everything you can poke a stick at, anyway...(Yeah watch yaself Skarrjj with that whole parent thing or as I call it the maternal thing ..lol. And remind urself Im older than you anyways!
Yeah thanks guys for those websites. If I remember, I will post some of the work and such things like that when I have done it all.........*phew*....so much work....
