| Bipolar (III) Inmate From: Berlin (almost) |  posted 07-27-2002 20:06 I don't really know what to do about the IE scrolling behaviour, only that I once had a slightly similar problem when I was using the standard Windows graphics card drivers instead of the ones from the manufacturer. So maybe you could try out some new drivers if you don't have them already. |
