I'm looking for a good broadband isp. My requirements are unlimited bandwidth, always on connection, and fast upstream speed, and of course the cheapest one I can find. Any thoughts? Money is a bit of an issue, but I know with those requirements I'll probably end up with only expensive ones.

there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth that I'm aware of, unless you're talking about a monthly limit on transfer and I've never heard of that either.

All uploads are capped from every provider I know these days, cable or dsl.

seems everything's about the same, 40-50/month (in the US) at 1.5mbps down / 150kbps up

I'm talking about unlimited transfer every month. I believe earthlink has it, but they have some sucky upstream speeds.

well your best bet would look for ISP's in your area. I am sure that there are a million of them in Seattle. Earthlink does have what you are looking for I think though. Sometimes the telephone companies have this as well as your cable provider.

Not knowing who is in your area, you are actually in the best place to find that I think.
