They in fact do, though I wouldn't put too much value in it... something about free and online that I just don't fully trust. *shrugs*

I thought of McAfee at first, too, but it seems like they're no longer offering that service for free.

But if you don't neccessarily need an online virus scan, you should have a look at the free AntiVir 6 PE, it's quite popular on German download sites (but also available in English):
