We have done so.

Don't follow his example - seek real life help first.

Well, I was typing this as I was on the phone with a client so . . .

anyway, yeah it was "sort of" a joke. They just kill me with the security flaws.

"Let's push out this stuff and make people upgrade so we can get more money
out of them! "

"But what about these security issues we haven't resolved??"

"Screw it! they can go to our groovy website and download patches that take 5 hours to download on dial up!"

"OKEY DOKEY Mr. Gates."

I am now running a dual boot on my machine. I have Win XP on one hard drive and Mandrake 8.2 on another HD.

I love the Mandrake.

RammStein: Nope, but on the same lines tho (as in another hole). the one you posted was about the SSL in IE. This is a whole new one which effects the whole MS Office range.

I wonder what the next holey in MS crap will be?.........

I, for one, believe they leave them in there so that one day THEY CAN CONTROL THEM ALL and all the windoze users will be at their MERCY!!!

I agree with genis; they can't possibly have overlooked all of those errors/bugs/etc by mistake. They probably have a couple of people hired in just to make these flaws in the programs so that they later on can see what you are doing!

Or they are just lazy and lucky enough to get away wiht it

I switched to Linux (RH7.3) a couple of weeks ago and never regretted it. The only problem is that there are a couple of games and some progs that don't want to run under linux.
