Preserved Topic: Anyone hate Yabb as much as me?

ok i set up my Yabb forum.. this is like the 6th one.. all with out a hitch... same type of server and evertyhing
but i set up this one today

and then when i navagate to http://extine.net/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl

all looks fine..untill i try to login and register
the link to register is http://extine.net/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=;action;action=register

and is this at yabb.pl but when you click on the link ot procces's it as
http://www.extine.net/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=%3baction=register

Thus causing a
An Error Has Occured!

I did.. it's just im impatient and was wondering if the very good knowedglble members at the asylum had any idea

Trigger, jump into your settings.pl and make sure that the URL's don't contain a www...

Also, you might be happier with YaBB's PHP version... http://www.yabb.info

It's faster, and less load on the server...

ok.. i took out the WWW no luck.. and then i realised in $boardurl i didnt put in a www.. and thats what kept on changing my ; to a %3b

so anyway ya need that WWW

yabb sucks .. why would even bother with it .. where there are plenty of other free board codes out there
