I have a Compaq 4670.
I don't want to use compaq bios because it sucks. You can't even access it!
I know its a Intel motherboard but I don't know which version it is.

There are two marks on it. One says

INTEL
AGP set
FW8244313X
F833VB59
INTEL(m)©97
KOREA

The other:
INTEL
PCI set
FW822371EB
L8371256
SLM2MY
Intel(m)©96
MALAY

Help is appriated!

Hmmm bios chip? Now i'm confused...
I think those two is just to show which agp and pci versions used:

On the top of the board it is an barcode with this under it

S#334776-001P18670ACA4H72M9AS#007950-102
DG#007951-000 ASSEMBLED IN MEXICO RV.AC

EDIT:
I found this on another chip.
This chip is also know as a DEC-chip now wahtaheck that means?

Try F1 or Delete at the start to acceess the BIOS. Sometines in the Bios is an option for turning off the logo at the start. Or try SiSoft SANDRA (http://download.com.com/3000-2086-10132058.html?tag=lst-0-1) to identify your motherboard. Make sure to read the manual for the motherboard, download it if you have to, before you mess with the BIOS too much if you are unfamuliar with it.

For the bios, you need to know what chipset you are running, you have the AGP (video card slot) and PCI (those 2-5 or so expansion slots) information, you should have Chipset info, it's a pentium, it's probably one of these:

http://www.motherboards.org/moboidtools.html

That's what I use when I need to find out the mb in a computer I'm working on. That page and the 4 links on it, (How to find BIOS string ID, CTBIOS v.1.3, MoboCop, and Wizard) I've found to be quite useful.

You could try this and then answer these.
If You search google with "compaq bios" (with the quotation marks) you get this
