Hmm, recent means (ideally) within the last month or so, or maybe something that would start to take effect in the near future. But anything you can give me is welcome =) |

Well I think real-time rendering is taking more effect now. Especially on kids TV shows where the main character is a CG doodad of some sort, and the actor is off screen covered in sensors so the character mimics his/her movements. |

I don't know about the last month but if you want some sort of case study the Final Fantasy movie supposedly did tons of development in this area, really pushed a lot of technology forward. |
