I have been chosen by a rather large loan firm in the area to maintain and develop some things for their [pre-existing] website. This service will be conducted under a retainer-type scenario, in which we will make ourselves available for things that come about as the company finds they need them. Basically, we are getting a predetermined amount monthly and anythings that falls under "development", will be billed extra. Now for my question: Does anyone know of any good agreements that can be used for this purpose (retainer). Something that will give us not only protection from the unexpected, but something that is professional and corporately (a word?) presentable? Any help would be much appreciated!

The first 30 minutes or one hour of consultation with the lawyer of your choice would, I'm sure put your mind to rest. I'm not being nasty. Go talk to a lawyer.
