Well I've about had it with winME. Time to revert to '98. I plan on going thru add/remove programs to do this and I'm wondering if anyone else has gone this route and if you've run into any problems? |

Since you have no funds to go to WinXP or Win2k (by far the better options), you'd better off if you install Win98 (I hope it's the Second Edition, at least) from the scratch. It's a pain, but it's what I'd do. You'll be surprised how full of useless stuff your Windows were. |

Add/removeing windows ME or doing an upgrade can leave software taking up space and some bugs. Or so I have heard. I always just do a clean install when I make major OS changes. |
