After a search on my computer i've decided i need to boost my stock photo collection.

After a search on google i came up with a few sites.

I remember someone on here linking to a site that was something like "www.image(something).com" I'm really pissed off that a didn't bookmark it at the time. Does anyone know what site i'm talking about?

I've had a look through the FAQ and cant find anything in there. If it is then i apologise and will look harder next time.

So, what sites do you use to get your stock photos?

I heard that www.istockphoto.com was good. I forget where I heard it though =)

There are some stock photos on my website- see sig. You're welcome to use them though there aren't too many, mostly just objects, a bit of scenery.

I'll have to update them soon..

..........this list is little endless, if your buying photos try little independent firms as they well have little a stock photo feel to them compare with say gettyimages are (you know what I mean, glass and book, people on a white BG looking up, ect)..........

All I say on the free ones is read their terms/Agreements/ect to make sure not violating there little contracts with use of images.But the best thing to do is a get a camera, any camera and make your own stock for artwork and stuff.... it's the best way.

This is great! I was looking for good quality pictures earlier today and found almost none! These sites are great!
