i friend of mine sent me this today. he said his friend (who created this one) didn't want to tell him which program he used. any ideas?

You could do that in photoshop. Just create the text in white on a black background and use it as a layer mask over the other picture.

true...I didn't look at that.

You could do it in html with a lot of "<font color=" tags I suppose...I don't know much beyond that.

And from looking at that source...that's exactly what he did
