I've never had a problem, even with my last monitor which was - compared to most monitors on most PC's I've used - pretty dark.

You can still distinguish very clearly the difference between blue/darkorange/black.

So no more childish insults (and I'm not talking to SL now) and people should concentrate on good healthy competition - whether its games or graphics or both.

[edit: However, as there are enough takers here you could probably play amongst (not with) yourselves - we have chess gams and D&D perhaps its time for some kind of gaming league ]

Just tickled me that the two forums were (depending whose post you read):

a: on the verge of war
b: on the verge of mutual understanding/respect, despite the apparent diferences
c: happy to ignore each other
d: unified in the knowledge that Yannah got us into this 'conflict'

It's an almost perfect sociological example of how wars begin in the public eye.
Somewhere along the way, personal opinions always obscure the reason that the conflict ever started.

Ok, I went to the somethingleet.com page mentioned above. To be honest I had a bit of difficulty following the thread. But, I figured out two things.

1) they were talking trash about the Asylum.
2) they were talking trash about Yannah.

As far as #1 is concerned, I'm sure that they are just jealous, and are are secretly in awe of the collective talent and intellectual stature of the Asylum.

Concerning #2, obviously they could use just a little more class over there. Then again, I've noticed that Yannah catches her fair share of flak here too.

I find it amazing that no matter what others post about her, in all of Yannah's posts(even the ones I can't make heads or tails of), she never seems to make any derogitory remarks about others. That is something I really respect.

3. We all talked trash about Yannah

Either one could have turned into a flame war but Yannah has taken it all on the chin and I think we are all (both forums) grown up enough not to let it get out of hand.
