this looks pretty good. I loved the original. I thought 28 days would have been better than it was...not bad just not all the way there....at any rate, I'll be checking this out too i'm sure

btw, are there any other movies i should know of George Romero?

mas, watch them in order, watch them now, but make sure you watch the original versions!
(I don't recall a remake of day of the dead though).

Parts 1 and 2 are the greatest zombie films EVER, and a fantastic analogy of 20th century western consumerism.

Man, the list on one of those links brings back memories. We used to rent several killer B movies and watch them all back-to-back. As such, some of my memories of those movies blend together.

While on the topic of horror movies, Vincent Price did "The Last Man on the Planet" or something like that. Then Charlton Heston did "Omega Man" as a remake. I remember seeing a commercial for yet another remake of this story, but I can't remember the title. Seems to have gone straight to video. Anybody know the title of this newest incarnation?

There was this one night a few years ago when we rented all three of those Bruce Campbell movies...

Might that have been "The Last Man on Earth"? I saw a version along those lines on Sci Fi. It was fun to watch.
