That's been possible since Flash 5 (Flash MX) and even earlier if you don't care if the flash elements are scaled up/down with the resize (which tends to make text driven apps a nightmare to read) like that site does. But you usually have to code it if you want the environment to resize without re-scaling, that's not an option you can simply tick a check box. Nice find Bugs, I like that way the animator has squeesed as much as possible out of the flash environment for the actual animation. If that was all traditionally hand drawn, frame by frame, it would have taken one animator months to complete.
