Hey,
I want to replace the standard mouse cursor (arrow) with a small,
gif or jpg say a hammer or something like that is it possible,
can anyone help ????

Yup! Most definatley. You need to get a cursor program like MicroAngelo. Then make your pic in photoshop 25 pixels by 25 pixels. Copy it to the clipboard, and paste it into your cursor program. Save it, go into Start>>Settings>>Control Panel>>Mouse. Go to the cursors tab and select the main select cursor, click on browse, go to where you saved your cursor and load it up. Thanks man, I need a way to do it in a web browser though, perhaps I
should have specified that, So say when I load a html file the cursor
changes within the browser window, Thanks for your help though

I believe that the only way you can do that is with a plug-in called Comet Cursor http://www.cometsystems.com/ . If there is another way to do it, it's unknown to me. <P>Cuius testiculos habes, habeas cardia et cerebellum.
