Hey, Im just trying to learn Java Script and wanted to ask if anyone knew some good tutorials to get started.

Also, I was wondering if anyone knows how I can make a button, when the mouse goes over it a description of where it goes will appear under it. Any help I get very <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/confused.gif"> trying to make it.

just use doc's rollover code... or any rollover code for that matter

This won't teach you everything, but it is a great place to start, to get yourself familiar with java script. The place to look after you read the tutorial by baldwin is code. Go to peoples sites and look at the code they have written.

I must say that that is the best way to go about the learning process. The reason I will tell you this way, is because programming is innovative. Noone can make a difinitive guide on how to do something. The thing that you should be doing when you are looking at code is going through it and explaining to yourself why it does what it does.

I have also been told that the homesite (web page builder) has some good javascript references, I know a lot of people who have gone through the homesite info and have come out with some powerful stuff.
