How do I do this???

I would like my content to be on the right in that gray area. When certain squares are clicked I want the content to show up on the left. I would also like the layer to be scrollable.

#1. Is this possible for someone with limited knowledge like me using scripts from places like Bratta.com?

#2. Any suggestions on how to get it done? I can do the layers popping up but can they be scrollable like here...

The squares could just be plain ol (absolutely positioned) DIV's containing a linked image. The link would call a function that would make the relevant piece of content display in the gray area.

You get my meaning. The scroller is easy really, I posted a link to one that is NN6 compatible yesterday.. hold on.. yep, here it is :

If your willing to give the project (and for someone not offay with Javascript, it will be a 'project') a bit of time then you will most certainly be able to achieve the effect (I really like the idea B.T.W... nice background graphic also). I can guarantee you will also learn a hell of a lot about Javascript in the process, even if it is through dissection of other peoples code.

You will just have to keep in mind that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Hey, OCB - is that your script? I'm having "issues" with it, and could use some offline help if you're interested. Netscape won't let it run with external stylesheets....
