Put that whole thing inside the BODY {} style sheet. Interestingly, the background="" and bgcolor="" attributes of the body tag have actually been deprecated in HTML 4.0. You're not even supposed to use them. And yet, you have to, because NN doesn't seem to like the background thing, as far as I can tell.

Then just slide the forms into place as needed.

search in yahoo for that, and you will get myriad answers.
something like this should work:
if (window.top!=self) window.top.location = self.location
(never tried this, of course! )

Yup, that should work. Just put the forms on the layer the same way you would with regular text...
