You know..... like my.yahoo.com or whatever. I am looking for a way to make a personalized web page depending on the person who logs in. Basically, I would like the ability to have a seperate web page for each account that logs into the website. Something that is personalized for them, and them only. Are there any scripts out there that do this? If possible, I would like this script to tie in with the UBB user database, so that when a user logs in to their homepage, they are automatically logged in to UBB. |

AFAIK, there doesn't exist any serious portal-like system that doesn't use SQL database backend, so integration with UBB is simply impossible (because it uses flat text files). |

www.horde.org has a php portal called jonah, though I'm not sure its exactly what you want. And as for the UBB thing, there are alot of far better forums than UBB, most of which use SQL for a backend. Why UBB is so popular when there are better, free alternatives I'll never understand. |
