Preserved Topic: I really need help-Scrolling on table layout (Page 1 of 1)

Hello everyone,
I am working on a website and I haven't had any trouble making it,.....until now. I have been trying to put a nice scrolling script into a table layout.

(The scrolling script where all you have to do is hover over the up or down button to make the information scroll. No clicking required)

I have been having so much trouble with this. The tables plus the script are driving me nuts. After trying so hard,I just gave up.Unfortunately,I got rid of my tables aswell as the script-_- I was wondering,can anyone help me do the layout and script? And explain it to me? I have had so much trouble and I would be extreemly greatful! You would get credit aswell if you helped me. Just this one little(big) thing I need help with. I can get the script and make tables again. I just really need help.
