I would have to say no, since I have no idea what they are, could someone point me to a place that has teaches how to do these. An explaination would be nice too. Thanks in advance.

Just grabbed the latest version the other day, but haven't played with it yet. If you're going to run it against server logs, you can report on just about anything in just about any format you want. As in any programming environment though, things can get weird. 1. They provide a CR Visual Basic "engine" that's single-threaded... can cause severe brain-damage when putting your reports on the web... 2. CR has pretty lousy HTML formatting, which causes you to sometimes tempt you to ditch the whole thing and write your own report. 3. It's BUGGY - Basically, Seagate screwed up... they sunk pretty much all their major application development into the benefit of VB programmers, which is by far NOT the majority of web developers (at least according to my statistics . But as a cheap, expedient solution to formatted, breakpointed, "okey-dokey" DB reports, it's okay. Just my 2¢.

It's a VERY nice tool to do just about any kind of reporting. I've used it before, but haven't in some time. Just grabbed the latest version the other day, but haven't played with it yet. If you're going to run it against server logs, you can report on just about anything in just about any format you want.

I'll look and see if I can find some links to writing them.

Depends -
For just running reports, it's easy - it's equivalent to using MS Access...
As in any programming environment though, things can get weird.

1. They provide a CR Visual Basic "engine" that's single-threaded...
