max: say... is your beauty++ htm backwards compatible? I mean, I dont; have to go through a lot of problems when I upload it? (Unlike your uploading of win2000? *g*) |

Mozilla is good competition for the best browser, once it's finished... I like it a lot, and it works on multiple platforms, I believe, not just Windows; that's IE's main disadvantage. |

Well, IE also works alright on a mac, but I don't wanna see everybody only planning and designing and programming for IE, there will ALWAYS be folks with other and older browsers. You'll always have to go for a non-framed, non-JS, non-Java, non-IE-tag-specialized page. I want people to look at my pages and be able to get the content out, and for that, I throw away all mouseover effects and flash thingys with JOY. |

I don't think any browser will ever get "finished". But Opera has been out there a long time, so I don't understand why it can be better at supporting the DOM. Let's hope they can make it better. |

Well... "finished" in my post above meant when they come out with a non-beta version. |

I 101% agree with max, damn, everytime. In my opinion, ie is the best browser, microsoft just had the money to get elite programmers and designers. |

Opera comes in many different flavors, and one of them is ad-supported. |
