I'm looking to have a website with a few 'tabs' on the top of the screen, each part of a different layer. I want to be able to click on the 'tab', and drag it down to the bottom of the window displaying all the content on that layer (tab) as it comes down. I'm unsure how to go about this though. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I know how to create the layer, but what I don't know how to do is drag the layer into position.

We have done so.
