Geez, clicking on those .pdf links locked up my browser for like 5 minutes!

I wonder if has anything to do with the full version of Acrobat. It replaces reader (so you can edit any non-copy-protected pdf), and it's slow as a bastard sloth.

That's kind of weird. The header says "2nd Edition" and the paragraph under it says "3rd Edition".

Why do you have to download an *.exe file to get all the chapters??

I believe that instead of dloading them separately you get to dload them all on one big packed SFX file...
