| Bipolar (III) Mad Scientist From: Eastbourne, UK. | posted 04-30-2000 19:17 It's a really nice Tutorial F1. I made a couple of minor changes...purely on settings and type of font. It was easy to follow, and you gave the reader the chance to duck outor save and go on - nice touch. http://www.scansped.btinternet.co.uk/Scansped/F1_error.htm |

| Bipolar (III) Inmate From: ga, u.s. of a. | posted 05-01-2000 23:08 f1, i remember i used luminosity for the overlay, i remember the colors i used...but that's about it...and slime, as frustrated as i get sometimes, i wouldn't mind using a 3d program. what program do you use?
[ ace ] |

From: Stockholm, Sweden | posted 05-07-2000 18:48 Hmm, I wouldn't mind getting more into some cool 3D apps. I remember when Phong was starting out, all of his stuff was created in POVray, it did some awesome stuff, but the command line interface never made me too happy.
------------------ |
| Lunatic (VI) Mad Scientist From: Massachusetts, USA | posted 05-07-2000 19:26 There's a windows version of POV-Ray out. It's not bad. Color codes everything, too. =) |
| Paranoid (IV) Mad Scientist From: EN27 | posted 05-08-2000 00:19 Any 3D work that I need to do I usually use Bryce or Ray Dream Studio. I tried Pov-Ray, and I really didn't like it. More often than not, I can usually make things better and faster in Photoshop. But to each their own.
Maybe we should take up a collection to get Photoshop for Slime. Then again, maybe he'll get that job, and he can buy it himself.
------------------ |
