Preserved Topic: 2d image depth vs 3d image depth (Page 1 of 1)

Just wanted to know how one could separate the difference between 2d image depth and 3d image depth using a myriad of colours?

EVERY time i try to make my image 2d looking it seems to look 3d ...any help would be appreciated ... <P>p.s. my image is of a porch with black lines representing the whole of the porch. <P>

Hmm, the image in *my* haed probably doesn't look much like yours. Without having an image to play with, I'd suggest one of the 'artistic' effects, or possibly polarizing the image. Point us to the image and let us take a stab at it!<P>

Are you looking for something that looks like it was painted or drawn? Like on a canvas or something?<P>(it's a very good perspective drawing, by the way. Did you draw it after a real porch or did you make it up?)
