I think it would be awesome to have the ability to turn on/off selected guides instead of all or nothing. I also think it would be great to be able to nudge the guides using the arrow buttons on the kybd.
Anyone else agree?

You can take off selected guides by dragging them using the "Move" tool (upper right) over the edges of the canvas.
but then again you probably already know that...
Never Pet a Burning Dog

Rend, yes I am aware of that but I don't always want to remove them. Sometimes I would just like to hide certain ones sorta like the way you hide a layer in photoshop.

Yes! It always seemed to me that you should have the option of creating a layer that is nothing but guides, similar to how you can create layer effects now in PS5. Shouldn't be that hard to do, I'd think, maybe just nobody thought of it? Maybe next time, if someone from Adobe actually stops by here one day. Adobe employees, anyone?

Yeah, that'd be nice....my guides get pretty damn cluttered at times!
What care I how time advances? I am drinking Ale today. -- Edgar Allen Poe

I always wanted a way to insert a guide at a specific point. Say, you could define the exact pixel location, or percentage location. Like, 33% from the left, or 192 pixels. Without having to zoom all the way in and noodle with it.
Pat Richard
