MMM I havent had a problem doing so just make sure you flatten your image first, but if that doesnt work which sometimes it doesnt ill just hit ctrl+a to select all, then paste it as a new image and then flatten and i garrrenty it will work then.
Peace

You have to make sure of 2 things --
1 - flatten the image, you cannot have layers.
2 - you cannot have channels other than the RGB channels.
So, if you want to reatin the layers and channels in the PSD file (which is usually a good idea), just select all and "copy-merged" and paste into a new canvas (make sure to flatetn the new image still) and then you can save as a jpeg.
This has been another episode of "My 2 Cents" with your host, DL-44

Photoshop 4 doesn't have the 'Save for web' option so you'll need to 'Save a copy' as mentioned above.
