Preserved Topic: Iface I'm working on. (Page 1 of 1)

Here's an Iface I'm working on that I thought I would show. But, it is in a small size since I am not finish with it and it doesn't have everything added to it. The middle part will have a scroll bar for the text and stuff. I like, I think there could be some more contrast between the interface and the background though. I only wish I could make my interfaces look that nice =[

Dan, this is only a the base. I use this first and then colorize it after I have it to my liking. Well, I must confess...Maa colorizes everything since I'm not good with colors as she is so I always give it to her. <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/smile.gif">

Also, I made an interface today, I'f I had a webpage I'd post it too! (Its nothing compared to yours) I made it in photoshop, with a lil help from Pov-Ray.

Those are great images for flash.......i seem to like the animation and interactivity i can achieve in flash.......interfaces like that never seem to live up to there full potential in html..........just my thoughts..........im also a more of a color guy.......that interface would have some nice warm and cool color highlights in there somewhere.........hehehehe...what can i say...im from the blacklight and lavalamp generation....Cyber

Btw, its for a school project, where people will be able to put their own photoshop tutorials in. (Thats what the sign says, not really readable...)

For the text I just made a whole in the sign, when I did it, it was on a white background, and easily readable, I didn't think about it when I changed that background...

Me and my friend Andrew are thinking about starting a company to do this kind of stuff actually. But as the graphic person (ha, scared yet?) I want to be a little (lot) better, so I'm not ripping the people off by charinging them *any* ammount of money.

Excellent! That stoney texture is very realistic. It might look cool to have water as the floor instead of the checker thing; something reflecting the sky a bit - it would look like the ocean or something, y'know? Of course, it would change the tone of the iface. I like.

I think the edges might be a little to blurry, and its to large for my screen (800 x 600) But other wise, its very nice

About the edges i have to say that the image was made for print, the reason for the size and non-blurry edges.
The blurs in the text is for the font and the inset style i guess??
