2winspapa Bipolar (III) Inmate From: Alaska, USA Insane since: Mar 2000	posted 06-30-2000 22:07 I'm with DL-44 on this one, and DrMaxVector is a pretty cool guy it seems, and he'd probably be willing to tell you. Doesn't look too hard there. Looks like he used alot of the sphereize distortion filter as well as a photo of a window(s) is overlayed. Could be a filter though I wouldn't use one for that effect.
