We've had many posts asking the very same question. Do a search (there's a button at the top of the page) of the forum for "apple" and for "glass" or look through the Photoshop archive here....there is a lot of info including links to some full blown tutorials <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/smile.gif">

He has exactly what you want posted on his home page. Promises to put the tutorial on a Photoshop Club he's developing. In the meantime, maybe he'll share with you if you ask nicely

Actually, SDFX posted a tutorial on a few other forums earlier this week that achieves a very similar effect, check it out here.
