Looks like either Sevenet7 or Silkscreen. Lemme check......

.......after looking at my copies of Sevenet7 and Silkscreen, both are very close except for the W which is a little wider in your example, and has some strange kerning. I'd use either of these, they are close enough, and at that size 99.9% of the folks won't notice.
