Here is the basic layout of what the index of my new site will look like. (www.netmosis.com)


It'll have a kinda damaged/rusted metal look with a screen in the center and constantly moving buttons around it...feedback?

I'm personally tired of the wirey/rusted metal interfaces... especially ones with screens/media displays. But you know what would look excellent with that layout? Creating the background as a multitude of different colored crystals and gems all surrounding the screens, or perhaps a mixture of metal and crystal. Im not sure if it would be doable, but it sure would look neat... Just a quick thought as I browse...

You're are right, you do see a lot of rusted metal/damaged metal interfaces around. It would actually be more like a rusted metal/ gold laced kinda thing, i dunno i'm just gonna play around with some textures until i get something cool. You don't see too many rusted/damaged metal interfaces with flash buttons though...

nice design, but like tycho, I am sick to death of seeing rough metal interfaces with wires and digital displays......christ they're everywhere! I have gotten to the point that I hate them with a passion, especially the ones where the wires are this bright gaudy red or green or yellow and they go places that wires have no business going......

I personally would avoid the whole genre altogether, but then again that's just me <img border=0 align=absmiddle src="http://www.ozones.com/forum/biggrin.gif">
